Debt Recovery Services

NZR is a specialist provider of contingent debt recovery solutions working across all industry sectors, specialising in Commercial, Consumer and Insurance Recoveries. NZR does not purchase debt therefore do not have any conflict of interest when allocating collection resources.

Commercial Recoveries

At NZR we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of client service through the following:

Regular customer updates on outstanding accounts
Less than 1 hour response times on client requests

Consumer Recoveries

NZR Consumer Recoveries team are specialists in their field, NZR have access to a number of databases which enable us to locate and contact individuals where others may fail.

Insurance Recoveries

NZR Insurance Recoveries team are specialists in Motor, Home and Hire Car recoveries, NZR has a huge amount of experience in dealing with third party uninsured accounts and Insurance companies including the preparation and lodging of proof of loss documents.

Legal Services

If all collection efforts have been exhausted, NZR may recommend pursuing the matter via litigation. Legal Action will only commence with written authority from you, each file can be individually reviewed with your Account Manager prior to confirming instructions.

Terms of Trade Review

NZR will review your terms of trade and look to include the below clauses where possible in order to assist in reducing the flow of bad debt and to reduce the cost of the recovery for you, the client.
