Andrew has more than 10 years experience working in the credit and collections industry specialising in the following areas

Australian Recoveries & Mercantile Agents Pty Ltd (ARMA) is the 3rd company Andrew has been involved in creating over the last 5 years and is the ultimate execution of his philosophy for delivering a 3 pointed approach to debt recovery

Andrew also plays a key role within the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM) having presented at a number of workshops/conferences, playing a leading role in a number of events and also judging in the Institutes most prestigious awards competition for the Young Credit Professional (YCP).
 
Because of Andrew’s experience and standing within the industry, Andrew was interviewed by a representative of the ACCC and ASIC in relation to the potential impacts on the industry by proposed changes to the ACCC Guidelines for Creditors and Collectors. This is the main code of conduct which governs the debt recovery industry.
 
Andrew was recognised by the AICM as the External Collections/Mercantile Agent of the Year at the 2014 NSW AICM Pinnacle Awards, this award was voted on by members of the AICM after a number of nominations from his customers and peers.
 
In addition to his current position as CEO of Australian Recoveries & Mercantile Agents Pty Ltd (ARMA), Andrew also holds the position General Manger and co-owner at Force Legal, Australian Recoveries & Mercantile Agents Pty Ltd (ARMA’s) preferred legal services provider who were also recognised by the Institute Credit Management AICM for their exceptional level of service and advice to its clients in 2014.
 
In his early career Andrew held positions at Dun & Bradstreet as a Trainer and BDM but after 2 years working for D&B Andrew was head hunted by Experian QAS, a global data quality software provider and credit information provider where he initially managed their NSW Key Accounts and was quickly promoted to Northern Region (QLD and NSW) Sales Manager.
 
After 4 years with Experian, an opportunity opened up to go back to D&B to lead the NSW Office and manage the Receivables Management Services (Debt Recovery) and Credit and Information Services (Credit Reporting) Teams.
 
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Economics and Management from the University of Newcastle.
